15 weeks doctors appointment tomorrow

So im so excited for my appointment tomorrow, they do ultrasounds at every appointment so i get to see baby. At 11 weeks i had a nipt test done and they said i was having a girl while its slim to none i would like to hear the test was wrong and that im having a boy, is that even possible? Either way im happy but apart of me really wants a boy this time i have 2 daughters now so it would be really nice for it to be different.

What do you guys think is it possible that the test was wrong?
