Sprinkle/Shower Question

My very good college friend offered to throw me a shower/sprinkle for my second baby. I was hesitant but she convinced me, even saying she’d do it on her own if no one else wanted to host with her. I agreed and two other friends jumped into the host pool (I think they felt obligated/pressured into it a bit).

Now the original host has ghosted everyone and isn’t sharing in the process. The truth is, I probably wouldn’t have agreed to the shower if she hadn’t pushed me so much...

Thoughts on what should I do? Address it with her? Leave it be? Cancel it, even though some people already have flights out?
