Trying to lose weight and conceive at the same time

At 15 weeks we were told we would lose our son most likely. I lost 8 lbs that week. After we lost our son at 16 weeks this past December, I went in a downward spiral and gained 20 lbs. I didn’t think I was really gaining anything because my clothes still fit, but then when I had my checkup with my doctor at the end of January I learned that I had.

In February I learned I was pregnant again, but it was a short lived chemical pregnancy. March 1st was the beginning of my fertile week. We’re still trying and hopeful. But I don’t want to be 220lbs anymore. So I’m trying to workout again. It’s just walking, and it’s been exhausting to even walk 2.5 miles. I used to be a runner and I’m hoping maybe I’ll get to that again. But I also might get pregnant.

I just want to be healthy for whenever our rainbow baby comes. Anyone out there want to be my virtual walking buddy? ❤️
