FED UP

So literally I am sooooo fed up with this trying to conceive , period and ovulation tracking I’m over it ALL . I got two lines on an ovulation test this month and so I performed with my partner to obviously increase our chances of conceiving and I’m supped to get my period on the 31st of every month but feb doesn’t have a 31st so I should have gotten my period today but did not and my period are very consistent , but both of my pregnancy tests are NEGATIVE. I had horrible “period cramps” about 2 days ago now the tops of my breath and my nipples are killing me ... what does this mean? Has this happened to anyone ? I’m so confused and frustrated at this point ....
