Ectopic pregnancy pain location

Hey all, I had an ectopic pregnancy 3 years ago on my left side. I’ve since had 2 sweet baby boys! I’m currently pregnant again and experiencing left side pain. I’m 4 weeks 2 days and the pain comes and goes. I can honestly remember my pain from last time as far as where the location was but I feel it was more inside my hip bone. I’m pointing to the area of pain now. anyone have ideas or have pain here with ectopic?? Sorry for the graphic image. I tried to block as much as I could. Thanks you all.
