Can it be my PCOS??

Okay guys so I have a question. I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS for a few years now. The major symptoms I’ve had from it is weight gain, some mild facial hair, extremely irregular periods and I’ve had a couple of cysts burst. My question is had anyone ever had a cyst rupture and had bleeding because of it? Or discharge but like water.

Here’s a little back story: I hadn’t had my period in over 6 months. I finally got it about 3 weeks ago. Well what I think was my period. It stared out as just spotting the first day and then turned into HEAVY bleeding/clots for another 9 days. When I finally stopped bleeding I went two days of normal, no bleeding, and then randomly I started to bleed (with clots) again but only for an hour then it stopped. Then the next day I started to bleed again but for the whole night/next morning (with clots) it has since stopped bleeding but now I am having extreme discharge of water like liquids. (It literally looks like I am peeing my pants) I have taken 2 pregnancy test within the month or so and both negative.

I’m thinking it could be a cyst but I’ve never experienced anything like this before with my PCOS. Has anyone else?

Also two other symptoms that are a little tmi I’ve been super gassy and bloated.. (after “period” stopped)
