Pregnant or period?? FTM

Hello everybody! I’m 2 months pp and breastfeeding. Lately I’ve been having symptoms of being pregnant but my husband and I have used condoms and I check every one to make sure it’s not ripped. But today I woke up with back and uterus pain. Also with bloody discharge and spotting. I go to the bathroom and there’s no blood. It’s been almost a year since I’ve had a period so I’m pretty confused right now. I don’t want another baby. I took a test a week ago but it came out negative. I think it was faulty though since I opened it and closed it and put it away, took it the next day and it had a clock on it. Anyways, what does it feel like to get your period after pp? I honestly don’t remember how cramps feel and I’m freaking out. I heard your milk production goes down if I was pregnant and it hasn’t so I don’t know.... help?
