Someone drop me some knowledge please 🙏

Got back from the gyno, she said my FSH shows I didn’t ovulate this cycle (at least not as of CD24) my AMH is good, partners samples are good but I’m up to day 47 and no AF or BFP 🤷‍♀️

So if I didn’t ovulate how does it work? (This is the first time it’s happened) will I get my period?

Is there any chance they’re wrong and I’m preggers? Cos my nips are super duper sore and been getting nausea. Can anyone shed some light?
