Without testing, how accurate is your glow with ovulation perdition?

Just curious. I haven’t started testing for ovulation yet because I wanted to try a little without. Do did/do you find glow to be accurate?

I always ovulate earlier than what glow predicts. I only found out that because I used opks

From my experience glow gets more accurate over time based on the amount of data that you provide. I’ve used the app for about 5 years now and now it is either correct on o, or a day late. At first it wasn’t very accurate because it was trying to make my cycle fit more of the average 28 day cycle. If you use ovulation tests for a few months and mark your cycle then the app should be able to give you a really accurate prediction. If you have just started tracking with it, then I would say it’s best to confirm with opks, or basal. 😊
