Where you work or what you wear doesn’t make someone a hoe. 
Believing someone you know nothing about is a hoe based on workplace or dress makes that person ignorant.

No it doesnt. Like the others said, it makes you a person with a job. Word of warning though, you'll smell really bad and it doesnt leave you or your clothes until you leave Hooters. My sister worked there and her whole room smelled bad and she always had the smell on her.
