Has anyone or anyone’s SO, switched from reserves to active? My fiancé is army national guard reserves but is thinking of extending his contract (he’s over halfway through his 6 year) and switching to AGR. I am interested in learning more about the transition/process, the benefits, etc. We would really benefit from BAH, and the veteran benefits afterwards will be helpful too, I’m assuming. Really any info or experiences you’d like to share would be great. :)
