I’m only buying used clothes until they’re 2 😂 They poop and puke on everything and grow out of sizes sooooo quickly.
I almost exclusively wear thrifted clothes, so I see no difference

We’re getting a good majority of the closed used. They’re cheap and in good condition. Just wash them!

Absolutely! I lived in hand-me down clothes as a child and have no qualms about putting my kids in hand-me down clothes. Thinking about going to get some for my son because he’s our only boy and is growing like a weed. I don’t see why I should spend a ton of money on new clothing for him when he’s only going to grow out of it in a month or two.

Almost all the clothes I have for my baby boy due in April are hand me downs.  I have no issue with it at all

It’s clothing, I don’t think much could stick around in the fabric, especially after a hot wash or two. In my opinion it’s probably safer than most clothes that you buy, they are covered in certain chemicals so that they don’t get dirty before someone buys them. That’s why it is so important to wash any new clothes you buy. Also you are cutting down on the waste humans produce by not buying a new product so that’s super cool!!

Yeah.. 90% of the clothes I bought for my baby boy are hand me downs from friends and goodWill purchases.. why pay a fortune on clothes that he may wear once?

99% of my sons clothes is used and it was mostly hand me downs from my nephew. (We don’t get hand me downs anymore because my son is chunky and wears bigger clothes then 3 year old nephew) But I bought 2 giant bags of clothes for $30 when I was pregnant lmao. So that’s what he mostly used

We got some great deals on used clothing for our boy. Clothes get expensive and babies need a lot of them Facebook marketplace has a lot of really good deals in my area we were able to get all the clothes we need for him for under $200

Yup, I’ll use hand-me-downs until he’s old enough to care what he looks like haha. I did buy a few things that I liked at Target/Carters but only because they were on sale 👌🏻
