Pregnancy belt for smaller belly?
I'm 22 weeks and have terrible back pain. My midwife recommend I get a pregnancy belt to help relieve some of the pain. I ordered one in a small and got it and all it seems to do is squish my belly 🤷♀️
I'm going to work tonight and going to see how it works for me.
Have any of you ladies had a small belly and used one?
Baby feels fine. Still moving and kicking lol
