Tips for a picky eater that wants to be healthier

Hello girls!

I am posting anonymously because I am very ashamed. So, I am what they call a picky eater, I can't eat certain types of food as fruits and vegetables, I've been like this all my life, had tried to change several times but instead of eating healthier, every time I tried a new kind of food it would make me so disgusted that I would throw up and stoping eating some kind of foods, making my eating habits more restricted. Anyway, I really want to be healthier but I don't want to try again and end up stoping eating something that I still do. So I would like to know if you have any suggestions?! I am thinking in taking supplements but I don't if it worth or even work. Any thoughts! Thank you!

Edit: thanks girls for your comments. I did treatment with psychologist and psychiatrist for more than 8 years and with medicament as well. Tried differents approaches to my eating habits and most of them failed or traumatized me, I have a very sensitive sense of smell that makes cooking for me a very hard task as I cannot stand my own when I cook for long. I am really hopeless as most os people see it as lazyness os lack of motivation. I am depression and anxiety free( my doctor told me this is very hard to achieve as most people keep the medication while I don't need anymore), so is not lazyness or lack of motivation as I had to go through very tough moments. My problems is not liking or not something as I can eat the same thing with different texture (I can drink orange juice but I cannot eat an orange). Is very difficult for me to explain what I feel towards food as most people don't go through the same.
