Is it early labor?

UPDATE: I didn’t use any castor oil I got sick before taking it. My doctor mentioned it to me! I’m already pooping myself so decided against it lol just want to know if this is the start of labor or not!

So I’m 38 weeks getting induced at 39 and me and my husband were considering castor oil instead of having to be in the hospital for so many hours, we weren’t going to take it until after my doctors appointment tomorrow (been there done that) but the night we bought it I started feeling just sick crampy and uncomfortable I slept maybe a total of 45 mins. The past week I’ve been having light contractions and nausea and this morning I woke up and had diarrhea and was feeling extremely nauseous my lower back is killing me and I started having light spaced out contractions when I went for a walk. I had plans to go to the dry cleaners and I’ve been cleaning and doing laundry all day but I currently can’t even get out of bed. Is it early labor? If so how should I survive it and should I call my doctor or tell him at my appointment tomorrow morning? Any advice is appreciated.
