Preeclampsia??

I'm at high risk for preeclampsia due to a blood clotting disorder I have. I ask because I was just sitting there laughing lightly with my husband while on his lap and all of a sudden for 45sec (at least) I saw a bunch of what looked like black floaties every where. It was in a lighted room so it was not shadows. It was every where I looked so it wasn't centralized any where, meaning I know it was me seeing it. My husband didnt see it. Does that sound familiar to any of you? My doctor warned me about it being called scotomata but I'm wondering if any of you ladies who have gone through preeclampsia seen that same thing? I also was scared for some reason. Like unnaturally disturbed by it. I am 31 weeks. Doctors office hours are up for today. Wont be in till tomorrow.

Update: the doctors said it was my brains reaction to a sugar level drop and I was very close to passing out. They said i need to eat more... I do have trouble eating. Ha
