Swollen feet and ankles?

Is anyone else already starting to swell? I’m 20 weeks and I work on my feet for 6+ hours a day with only a 30 minute lunch and when I’m off I’m noticing my feet and ankles will sometimes swell up. Is this normal? And they kill but I think I just need some more supportive shoes

Supportive shoes (I live in my Dansko clogs) and compression stockings! Makes such a huge differencd

I’m not swelling yet but I feel umm “thick-skinned” I guess? It’s hard to explain - it’s not swollen but more like tight so far

I started swelling a few weeks ago and I got these minerals and electrolytes to put in my water to help with an electrolyte deficiency. I also got compression stockings too. I got them fitted and they say it’s best to obviously get maternity ones but ones that cover your whole foot for best circulation. I wear them as I get ready in the morning (before the swelling starts) and after I get home for a while. All of that has made a huge difference for me.
