Can't have an orgasm
I'm really frustrated. I had a natural birth almost 2 years ago. Tons of stitches and a long recovery.
I've been able to have sex just 3 times with my husband after I gave birth. Right now I can't get an orgasm at all. I tried everything. It's like I'm dead. It's ruining my marriage. I'm worried. Idk what to do.
