I feel like I'm never gonna get this right
I don't sleep well. Last night for instance I saw every hour from 1 am on until I got up at 5:30. The open circles are when I wake up at 3am and just temped then knowing I had to get up in a couple hours. The rest are taken at 5am. Which is more important? Time taken or consistent sleep? Or am I just never going to be able to chart accurately?
