Have you heard of 3 parent IVF??

Has anyone heard of the three parent IVF? Is there anyone in the USA that does this? Apparently they use your egg but take out whatever is wrong in your egg and inject in its replacement the same thing from a donors egg. That way the baby is still 99% the biological mothers and not the donors. I wish I knew of a clinic that does this here in the USA.

With all the medical advancements we have in the US, you would think they had a way to help women who are trying to start a family later than the norm. 
I can’t yet accept donor egg. I long to see what my own children with my husband look like. I feel it’s wrong for my husband to have children with some lady somewhere in this world and the only part I have is carrying THEIR children. Yeah, it really sucks.

Google the New York Magazine on it. It is only done for women with mitochondrial DNA defects and only done on the reg in the Ukraine right now. It apparently doesn’t help with age-related infertility and is illegal in the U.S. and highly experimental, with long-term risks unknown.
