Miscarriage advice

My last period was on the 20th of Jan, I got a positive pregnancy test on the 21st of Feb. I had a TINY bit of blood when I went to the toilet after intercourse on Saturday night. Went for an internal scan on Monday, they couldn’t see anything. Got bloods done & they called me back 2 hours later to say it was a non continual pregnancy. I’ve to go back tomorrow for more blood work to find out if my HCG levels are increasing or decreasing. I’ve had a small bit of brown discharge tonight. Has anyone else had a similar situation happen to them? My husband is telling me to be positive but I feel like I’ve lost this baby 💔
