Emotional support animal

Hey guys so I have bad anxiety I've had it my whole life, I have a new puppy that I love to death and would really like to certify as an emotional support animal. Has anyone done this? Lots of scam websites come up when I Google it, I want real certification. Here's my a picture of my baby boy when he was younger and now 😍
