Progesterone?

Am I the only person here that doesn’t take progesterone after iui? I’m trying to find out why. I had a 8 week miscarriage due to no heartbeat in January. Got that pregnancy off of my first iui. No progesterone with that. They don’t take blood work either. Can they tell off ultrasounds? I asked at my consult after d&c and she said she doesn’t think I need it. I’m on cd 9 and spotting finally went away. Lining looked good today, but I can’t tell if my spotting was from femara or period. Should I ask again? I don’t want to seem annoying 🤦🏼‍♀️ but also don’t want another miscarriage if it’s something we can help

I did progesterone vaginal suppositories with every round; we had a missed mc prior to seeing our RE; our loss had nothing to do with low progesterone he just said we will do the suppositories to help sustain pregnancy. So I think it was more so to calm my own brain.

Sorry but my progesterone was 17 and was put on it when the results came back it’s suppose to be at 25

I would try progesterone cream you can get it on amazon !

I never did progesterone with iui as you ovulate with iui so your ovaries will have the corpus luteum. If you have a positive beta and they see uoir progesterone is low they may put you on progesterone support, but usually only if it’s under 10-15. 
Check your blood work with hour first beta, they test for progesterone then too.

I was only on progesterone suppositories on the last 2 IUIs that I did (out of 7 IUIs).

Hi! I wasn’t put on progesterone after my first IUI. I was taking 5mg letrozole and a trigger. My blood work a week after IUI had my progesterone levels at 1.3... which is not at all close to where it should have been to show that I ovulated. So, I’m assuming I didn’t ovulate, even with triggering???? I don’t know. I called this past week to talk to a nurse since I’m on my second round of IUI and asked about taking progesterone since my levels were really low. Nurse said that they wouldn’t give me progesterone unless I had a positive pregnancy test and levels were still low.... which annoys me because I’ve seen loads of ladies all over the Internet who take progesterone until they have a blood test to see if they are pregnant. I’m definitely going to ask to talk to a nurse when I go back for my second sonogram on Friday. I have too many questions. 
I’m really just rambling now. I’m so new to this stuff and trying to figure it out really frustrates me.
