Major anxiety about this breast pain !

Okay so my period ended about 2 days ago ... But I've been having this pain in my right breast for a couple days.. And only Bothers me if I touch it , or lay down on it , or move my arm back or something . Kinda near the nipple area. But it's like a sharp, needle like pain. I've felt around and I don't feel anything abnormal? I had my breast felt just about a month ago at my obgyn appointment. So what could this pain be ? Is this normal? Could it still be hormonal ? Idk. But I'm freaking out because it's been here for 2 days now !
