Um, I'm supposed to be? My son's pediatrician gave me some liquid vitamin D and told me to put it on my nipple for him once a day. But she acted like it was more for me so he didn't deplete my personal supply. And so I've not been very faithful to do it.

You can get enough vitamin D going outside, my pedi recommended that over drops

I gave it to him the first 2 months and after that I take him outside daily they need 10 min of sunlight a day to get a full dose of victims D :)

My baby was having a lot of health issues so he is on a multi vitamin and iron drops
