14 weeks. Never had spotting until now

Hey ladies! Yesterday afternoon I had an appointment at 14 weeks. I had to get a pap and had some bleeding during but didn’t have any other bleeding or spotting afterwards. Well tonight, I noticed some brown spotting when I wiped. I’m kind of a worrier-especially now that I’m pregnant. Is this normal? I know it’s normal to have a little spotting after a pap, but I didn’t have anything until now!

Also, at my 9 week appointment (first ultrasound) the baby’s heartbeat was in the 170s. At 14 weeks, it was in the 150s. Is this normal, too?
