Irregular Fetal Heartbeat

I'm currently 15w 3 d. My husband and I listen to our baby on our doppler each night before bed. Our doppler is always pretty spot on, and matches what our OB's office says.

Tonight, her heartbeat is slowed and sounds super irregular. It will beat 4 times, then skip a beat or two. Then start again. Since I'm not yet 20 weeks, L&D said they won't see me and I'd have to go through the ER. I'm going to my dr first thing in the morning, but was hoping for some reassurance. Has anyone had this happen, and baby be ok??
