HELP😩😞

I went into the hospital at 10 last night to get checked due to having contractions all day and they started to get more painful and were about 7-10 minutes apart. They checked me and I was still 1cm. It’s now 4:30 am and I haven’t even been able to shut my eyes due to contractions. The contractions are unbearable. I’ve tried everything to soothe the pain. The contractions are now 3-4 minutes apart and the worst pain I’ve ever felt. How do I know when to go to the hospital!? They won’t admit me until I’m 4cm or my water breaks but I’m so scared that I’ll wait too long
