Miscarriage sign?

Im 8w4d. I had very sore breast and was queasy and the past 2-3 days Ive had no symptoms at all.  I'm freaking out and need some words of support. My sister in law/bestfriend has been a blessing and keeping my head above water but hearing other stories would really help!  
I'm so scared of a missed miscarriage.  
I had an ultrasound at 6w2d and Bubba had a healthy heartbeat of 121bpm.

So I had a missed miscarriage and I was puking until the day of my DNC. Please don’t stress, symptoms do normally come and go in a normal pregnancy , but what will be will be, symptoms or no symptoms. So put your feet up, relax and enjoy your pregnancy. Stop stressing yourself it’s not good for you nor baby

I’m 8 weeks and for about 3 days my symptoms really let up. Today they’re back worse than before 😅

I’m 9w2d and felt like my symptoms were disappearing as of yesterday afternoon. After two losses late last year, I’m overly concerned and aware of my body. I emailed my doctor and I’m going in for a scan today for reassurance. I hope your doctor is as compassionate and would allow you to go in as well! Stay positive. I know it’s hard.

Why wud u miscarriage?? Dont think like that , usually in the early scans they can detect if smth is wrong ,but u seem to gone this far at 8 weeks .. so you will make it 🙏🙏

With my son, my symptoms suddenly stopped around 8.5 weeks.  I freaked out as that was the same time that my first pregnancy baby died.  My Dr sent me for an ultrasound (for reassurance) and everything was fine.  Symptoms came back a few days later- never thought I’d be happy to feel like shit!!
