I can’t only get erect once a day?

I’m 25 and have just recently started having sex with my first sexual partner but the problem is I can only get hard once a day!! 
Obviously my girlfriend wants if more than once a day or more than once every 24h!
Is this something I should speak to a doctor about?

Do you do drugs or possibly under stress ? Watch porn ? Any of those can cause you to not get hard. My husband had that problem because of drugs/stress.

Try taking vitamins, getting more fruits and veggies, drinking more water, less stress, less smoking, more rest, more regular light cardio to help with stamina/endurance.
