I’m constantly feeling sick
Hey ladies, I’m going through my second pregnancy and I’m constantly feeling sick. Like I’m nauseous but not to the point I’m vomiting. I had a very bad experience with nausea and vomiting with my first and to make things worse I have a fear of throwing up. Just waking up nauseous gives me anxiety. I even stopped eating in the mornings because of it. Nothing sounds good to me anymore 😞 I don’t want to harm myself or baby by not eating. I need some suggestions to get through this. What are some foods that calm the stomach or nausea?
