I feel like im the only one on this earth who gets cold sores 😫 i did get them once in a long time but now that im pregnant(21weeks) im getting them more often 👎🏻 like every month. I hate this so much and they always come out in the same spot nowhere else but on top of my lip

What could be causing them so often? And does Anyone know if L-Lysine is safe during pregnancy? Or have any tips to make it heal faster and not get them so often..!!!!! & i do plan on talking to my Dr. i just want to know if anyone else can help with some advice thank you.
