I have been on mirena for a couple of years. I have had a normal 6 day period since the very beginning. Now I’m late by 6 days. Like I have so many pregnancy symptoms it’s not even funny, but the pregnancy test came back negative. I am nauseous with a metallic taste in my mouth, backache, cramps, headache, dizziness, and I had blood on toilet paper a couple weeks ago twice. I heard ectopic pregnancies don’t always show up on pregnancy tests. I’m just wondering if anyone has had the same issues. I want the symptoms to go away.

EDIT: Took blood pregnancy test and it was negative. Still no period. I have my annual in April, so I’ll talk to my obgyn at that time.
