Abnormal HSG... first post and freaking out

Hi ladies! So we’ve been ttc for almost a year. I’m 37 he’s 34. Just had my HSG and there was nothing. Literally nothing. My uterus is the size of a blueberry and no tubes. Nothing. I’m trying to not freak out or catastrophize. But... Not what I expected. I don’t have a follow up with my fertility doctor yet and I’m freaking out and don’t know what to think. The radiology doctor said “hope is not lost” like five times. Sorry for the typos.
