If youre cutting up food and have a fork in one hand and a knife in the other... What hand do you have the knife in?

I'm left handed and when I'm using a chef knife I use the knife in my left hand while I push the food through with the right hand but when I'm eating I have the fork in my left hand and cut with the right hand.. I can use the fork in my right hand and the knife in my left hand but usually my go to is fork in left knife in right.

I’m right handed. I have my knife in my right hand and fork in left and eat with my left. It’s too much work to switch the fork back & forth when using a knife. I also barely use my left hand so trying to use a knife would be fairly difficult 🙃
