Baby meds, do you buy before they’re born?

Or do you wait until after? I’m putting my registry together and it’s also serving as checklist for us while it’s private. I want to add meds on there but I can’t decide if we should get some now or just wait until later.
What should we buy if you suggest buying them before?

We went ahead and bought them. Don’t want to make a Walmart run at two am to get gas drops.

A nurse friend of mine put together a little baby first aid kit for me for my baby shower, and it was a lifesaver! Just little things like Tylenol, a thermometer, etc. Kids get sick at inconvenient times, and it was super nice to have on hand. I plan to get more to have on hand for #2.

I did, I got saline spray, grips water and gas drops... the medicine is so cheap I spent maybe $18 total. I would rather have them then have to run out in the middle of the night and get some

I'm not buying a lot of stuff before I need it. Meds is one of them. Seems like a waste if I'm not gonna need it 🤷🏻‍♀️

I registered for gas drops, infant Tylenol, and gripe water. So glad I did because my LO needed gas drops almost every night the first month of life.
