Job search

So, I currently work in daycare (with all women). Sometimes it's great, other times, not so great. The past few months have been not so great with how the office staff is treating the teachers all around.

All I have ever done is worked with kids (nanny, daycare, babysit).

I need some ideas or suggestions of what types of work you all do. Anything and everything. I need to find a new job. Something that I can enjoy who I work with and enjoy what I do.
