When to go to the ER

Question

Hey guys, currently 25 weeks today, and I’ve been having period like cramps all day and have most recently started vomiting. When should I give in and go to the ER/L&D to get looked at? 
Baby seems to be moving a lot more than normal in the last 2 hours but the cramping is still pretty severe and seems to be spreading a bit up towards my chest.

Currently at the hospital baby seems to be fine and the doctors don’t think it’s early labor.

If it’s severe and you’re vomiting, go to the ER and get checked out. Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water, slight dehydration was causing me to cramp.

I had the same thing all day yesterday, as well as 2 weeks ago. Constant period like cramps for literally 24 hours. I drank lots of water, rested, and thankfully they were gone when I woke up in the morning. Hoping yours went away and you and baby are doing well!

I had it yesterday and in my back also I’m 25 weeks plus 2 but after I drank a ton of water and relaxed for a while they passed

Hey guys me again, after I left the hospital Friday night I had a bit of spotting that cleared up within an hour. So not a big deal, but within the last 2 hours today I’ve had spotting again with a lot of pressure in my vagina some back pain and some pain on my left side right above my hipbone. Baby seems to be kicking still but it’s hard to tell because shes normally lazy during the day. I’ve been drinking water and laying down but no relief, id hate to have to go to the hospital again because of how rushed we were last time. 
What can I do? Do I bother going back to the ER/L&D or wait it out and call my doctor tomorrow morning?

I was telling my doctor yesterday about the period like cramps that I was experiencing off and on and she told me if they continue longer than an hour you need to go to the hospital! 
I was able to get it to stop at an hour after I laid down and drank water but if you can't get them to stop you should definitely go in momma.

I would trust your motherly instincts and go into L&D.. people will say it’s probably just Braxton Hicks but sometimes it’s not just Braxton Hicks sometimes people go into early labor.
