Car seat/stroller recommendations?

I'm on the hunt for a Car seat stroller combo, preferably on the cheaper side.. I seen the safety 1st smooth ride travel system on sale at Target for $149 but I just don't know if that would be a good choice? Helppppp

That's a fair price. I have the graco fast click connect and it was about $40 more than what you're looking at.

I bought the Evenflo travel system from walmart. I like it. The only downside is since it's an infant car seat, we had to put out more money for a convertible car seat. We still use the stroller though.
