Surely not yet??

Question

So my 3 month old rolled from her tummy to her back. Is it too early for this to happen she’s done it a couple of times every night this week. She is a beautiful little chubba so the extra weight would help her roll. But is there anything wrong with rolling this early?

Nope nothing wrong at all! My daughter has been rolling from tummy to back since 6 weeks and now at 10 weeks is getting close to rolling from back to tummy. She’s had decent head support since birth though.

Normal. My son went from belly to back probably around 8 weeks and today he went from back to belly (13 weeks).

My daughter rolled belly to back once last week at 10 weeks old but hasn't done it since 😂 I think its great your baby's doing it! Not too early at all, they all develop differently!

Totally normal! Both of my boys did this during tummy time around three weeks old. They’re top heavy and their bodies follow their heads right over :) the tricky move is back to belly because their arms get in the way!

Actually babies intentionally rolls from belly to back around 5-7months. Such rolling now is caused by lost of balance, and it's not intentional.
