SOMEONE HELPP ME OUT!!!

So my coil fell out end of jan I had a little bit of spotting for a couple of days start of feb then bam awful bleeding which looked like a miscarriage I then stopped bleeding 15th of February had no bleeding since I’m not sure when I should expect an actual period or when I should go back to normal I had sex on the 2nd of March I’m not even sure whats going on with my body so if i could get pregnant from that night when should I even take a test as I don’t even know when I’ve ovulated or when im suppose to have a period😩🤷🏼‍♀️ when’s people’s bodies gone back to normal after coil removal? I’ve had no help or advise😩
