Need a new both control

So I have the rod at the moment but it’s not working since I get my period but then I also get an extra making me get two per month for about 1 and a lag to 2 weeks at a time where I used to only have them for 3-4 days. And I’m getting cramps worse then I’ve ever experienced too.

So I need a new BC method that is long lasting and almost fool proof. I don’t want the pill because I’m extremely forgetful and hate taking pills.

Please help, I’m 17, In a steady relationship and I’m honestly scared and angry. This is my first time on any bc
