Elevated blood pressure

So with my last pregnancy I developed preeclampsia almost at my due date. They’ve been monitoring my pressure this time very closely and it’s gotten slightly high a few times but no protein in the urine so that’s good. Today my pressure is elevated at home. No problems with my vision. No headache, until I started crying and got myself worked up, dumb me. I’m laying here hoping I will check it and it will go down when I check again. I can’t handle another labor like that. I just can’t.
