I bought this stuff off Amazon, and omg it's a life saver! Fairly inexpensive and it has helped so much. I ended up with a 1st degree rip near my urethra and as you can imagine its horrible to pee.
I have used tucks, dermoplast I think its called and this earth mama stuff and the earth mama spray has been the best hands down!
