16 weeks, boobs so heavy🥺

I’m 16 weeks with my second. I have a 2 year old. My breasts are so heavy, getting big faster then last time, and they’re so sore/raw. It wasn’t like this until I started breast feeding with my last pregnancy. Is anyone else feeling like this?
