Periods coming off BC

I stopped taking my birth control pills at the end of December 2018 because I’m not a huge fan of how the hormones affected me. I had one period at the end of January and none since. That makes me like 11 days late now. I know irregular periods will happen coming off BC but I was just wondering if this type of thing happened to others because I’m already an anxious person to begin with and now I’m relying on only condoms as a contraceptive
