Hour glucose test

So since our only vehiclei is broken down I will have to wait for my SOs lunch brake @1 to get in and take my test. His boss has offered to let him take a extra hour off and use one of the work trucks. Very grateful. But im worried that my breakfast wont hold me over until after my test is over. Is there any think small that would be okay to eat before.? My dr told me not to fast but no sugar or carbs. Any suggestions are appreciated. 😊
