23 weeks 3 days still haven’t felt any movement?

Question

I do have an anterior placenta, but thought I may have felt something, even a flutter by now.. 
Anyone else in the same boat? Or is this abnormal? I was originally told it may take up to 24 weeks until I feel movement.. that seems so close now and still haven’t felt anything.
Everything looked good at my 20 week scan and I have my next OB appt Thursday 👩🏻‍⚕️

First baby? If so its normal not to feel until later with anterior placenta. My first I didn’t feel until 23ish weeks, currently pregnant with my second also another anterior placenta and I felt faint movements from 19 weeks. Try not to stress. They say ice cold water and a very quiet room with no distractions you may pick up on kicks.

Yep Im 23 weeks today with an anterior placenta & hardly have any movement! I get the odd twinges here & there but not sure if its gas 🙈. Bubba was all healthy at the 20 weeks scan & this is my first baby. My midwife said not to worry & said it can take longer & up to 26 weeks!! I completely get where your coming from. Try not to worry! I have a midwife appointment on the 20th & can’t wait to hear the babys heartbeat! X
