bad anxiety before work...
So I’ve never been to a therapist/phycologist but I really want to make an appointment because my life is being ruined. I’m pretty sure I have really bad social anxiety. I’ve been working with the same people for over a year but everyone still makes me so anxious. I don’t talk to anyone at work on a daily basis and it’s embarrassing. I try to talk to people and most of the time my face turns red and I get embarrassed. I wake up for work everyday feeling sick to my stomach and I think it’s the anxiety. I called off work today because I got so anxious and then went to the bathroom and felt like I had to throw up. I want to find a new job in the worst way but I’m so scared of they’re reaction of me putting my 2 week notice in & im scared of interviews and new jobs so I feel that I’m stuck in this spot. If anyone has ever felt like this please give me some advice 😩 does therapy or medication help? I don’t want to be like this anymore 😓
