Twins!? Mono/Di

Had my first ultrasound today and found out we’re Having Twins!!!!! I’m shook!! I just can’t believe it even though I knew I was expecting twins, I told my husband on the way into the ultrasound it was going to be twins 😂😂
They share a placenta, does this mean there going to be identical? My doctor didn’t say
There Mo/Di twins, they share a placenta but have a membrane dividing them the ultrasound tech said

They’re identical. Mine are the exact same. Separate sacs is good so they don’t get tangled up in each others umbilical cords. But mine share a placenta too. Just be sure to educate yourself on the risks of a mo/di pregnancy when they share a placenta because there are some and I’m experiencing one right now. Doctors first noticed it around 12 weeks but wasn’t diagnosed until 16 weeks.

How can u tell if there sharing a placenta I'm 12 weeks 3 days with twins in separate sacs but they didn't tell me if they had the same placenta or not
